I am an executive coach and a practitioner of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). I continually work on upgrading and improving my skills. I have a BA Honours degree in French from Exeter University and a number of ‘life’ qualifications too.

My earlier career in business has included director-level and senior management roles. I have also spent significant time creating successful teams and developing individuals.

Specialisation
I work with women in senior management and business leadership roles, or with those identified as having high potential. My coaching helps them to get rapid results and provides a fantastic support through promotions or exceptional challenges. My clients find coaching an enjoyably stretching experience.

I am particularly interested in how work and ‘life’ affect one another, and how skills can be transferable.
